Requirements
- Ongoing studies in business, economics, environmental science, mathematics, physics, or related field
- Basic understanding of ESG concepts and regulations (e.g., EU Taxonomy, CSRD)
- Excellent English command; German is an advantage
- Solid MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Basic AI literacy (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot)
- Basic Python and/or Power BI knowledge is a plus
- Independent, structured working style
Tasks
- Support ESG data extraction from sustainability reports
- Contribute to the ESG data pipeline for risk management
- Assist in ESG data collection for business steering
- Support ESG data for regulatory reporting (e.g., CSRD, EU Taxonomy)
- Create and maintain ESG-related reports
- Document ESG processes and policies
- Coordinate with colleagues on ESG data across RBI’s CEE network
- Support the development of ESG data collection tools
- Bring innovative ideas to improve data availability
- Perform exploratory data analyses
