Requirements

  • Fluent English

  • Comfortable using MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Knowledge of Confluence or Jira is a plus

Tasks

  • Support AI Committee (AICO) preparation
  • Collect and consolidate meeting agendas
  • Prepare and review meeting minutes
  • Maintain and improve documentation standards
  • Monitor and perform quality checks in the database
  • Align AI use cases with internal policies
  • Ensure compliance with the EU AI Act
  • Support communication with stakeholders
  • Create presentations and summaries
  • Assist with change management activities
  • Promote AI governance awareness

Education

  • Currently in higher education
