- 10-15 years of IT experience in software pricing and licensing models
- 10-15 years of IT experience in hardware pricing, end-user devices, servers
- 10-15 years of IT experience in data centre operations
- 10-15 years of IT experience in outsourcing and offshoring
- 10-15 years of IT experience in cloud services (IaaS, SaaS, PaaS)
- Ability to work independently with senior client stakeholders
- Proven negotiation skills for multi-million-dollar deals
- Familiarity with e-sourcing tools
- Business fluency in German
- Business fluency in English
Tasks
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies
- Analyze procurement costs
- Recommend cost-reduction methods
- Negotiate profitable deals
- Secure deals for clients
- Optimize sourcing procedures
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders
- Lead end-to-end RFx processes
- Use SaaS tools
- Conduct cost and scenario analysis
- Perform benchmarking
- Estimate and mitigate risks
- Monitor supplier market dynamics
- Anticipate shifts in negotiating power
- Identify reliable vendors
- Partner with vendors
- Plan delivery quantities
- Plan delivery timing
- Support and mentor junior colleagues
- Drive improvements
- Act as category champions
- Manage multiple initiatives
- Handle fast-paced projects
- Ensure compliance with regulations
- Maintain strong customer service orientation
