- Develop customized strategies for each pitch based on client needs and firm capabilities
- Facilitate qualification discussions to align pitches with firm strategy
- Support Partners in client engagement and scoping during the pre-RFP stage
- Prepare and edit pitch content and documentation, creating new content as needed
- Collaborate with designers to create visually compelling proposals aligned with the brand
- Coach teams for pitch meetings and presentations, facilitating rehearsals as necessary
- Lead client pitch feedback sessions and document lessons learned on Salesforce
- Deliver tailored internal pitch training for BDM teams and lawyers
- Define requirements for pitch improvement initiatives, focusing on automation and GenAI
- Liaise with the Panel Lifecycle Manager on client engagement terms and panel management
- Research client markets, competitor activities, and industry trends to inform pitch strategies
