  • Establish performance metrics (KPIs)
  • Identify and assess strategic risks
  • Develop mitigation plans with senior stakeholders
  • Support critical projects in capital allocation
  • Coordinate with teams to ensure timely results
  • Act as the central point of coordination for the strategy team
  • Ensure smooth workflows and clear communication
