Requirements
- Proven success selling advanced data, analytics, Big Data, AI, or cloud technology
- Closing complex, multi-stakeholder, multi-year enterprise agreements
- Record of exceeding ambitious revenue goals in large, global enterprise accounts
- Experience in Industrial/Manufacturing vertical in Germany
- Deep understanding of consumption-based growth models
- Scaling strategic accounts from initial wins
- Proficiency in structured sales methodologies
- History of building champion networks
- Leading cross-functional account teams around a clear strategy
- Consulting background with strong sales profile
- Deep Industrial vertical expertise
- Readiness to travel regularly within Germany and internationally
- Fluency in German
- Fluency in English
- Gravitas to influence senior leaders up to C-level
Tasks
- Drive sustained growth in consumption, expansion, and new business
- Exceed growth targets by translating strategy into measurable outcomes
- Operate as a trusted C-suite advisor, influencing executive decisions
- Shape enterprise-wide Data & AI transformation initiatives
- Identify and prioritize high-value AI use cases
- Scale high-value AI use cases to deliver business outcomes
- Drive partner-led growth with system integrators and strategic partners
- Increase deal momentum and customer impact
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder negotiations
- Close transformational agreements to strengthen strategic partnerships
