Tasks
- Support store back-of-house operations efficiently
- Manage all aspects of inventory control
- Receive and handle stock orders from hubs or warehouses
- Ensure accuracy of received products and report discrepancies
- Retrieve stock promptly to support the sales team
- Process omnichannel orders and stock pullbacks
- Maintain a tidy back-of-house area compliant with retail standards
- Perform continuous quality control on all products
- Report product quality issues to the store lead
- Support aftersales processes including alterations, repairs, and personalisation
- Ensure all stockroom equipment is fully operational
- Report equipment concerns immediately through internal services
- Handle telephone calls and liaise with customer service
- Manage stationary and supermarket orders
- Perform general administrative tasks
- Support store events and visual merchandising
- Assist with stock taking and other management requests
