- Understanding of drivers for high-quality grounded responses
- Experience in knowledge-heavy or policy-constrained domains

- Experience building feedback loops for system improvements
- Ability to operate at strategic and hands-on levels
- Defining long-term direction
- Diving into data, experiments, and failure analysis

- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Ability to align engineering, product, and operations
- Experience with LLM-based pipelines or agentic AI systems (strong plus)
- Experience in tool use, routing, memory, multi-step reasoning, or human-AI orchestration (strong plus)

Tasks
- Align AI system behavior with business goals and customer experience standards
- Improve answer quality, consistency, and escalation behavior
- Build and scale knowledge mining capabilities from various data sources
- Transform conversations and support tickets into reusable knowledge assets
- Develop and maintain evaluation strategies for LLM-powered support systems
- Create offline benchmarks, golden datasets, and human review workflows
- Conduct online experimentation and track production quality metrics
- Establish feedback loops for continuous improvement of automation quality
- Integrate production failures and human corrections into model behavior
- Collaborate with engineers on AI application infrastructure
- Contribute ML expertise to tool-use quality, routing behavior, and memory quality
- Influence technical direction and roadmap across teams
- Clarify trade-offs in model behavior, retrieval quality, and business impact
