• •Hands-on experience with data governance and data quality tools
• •Bachelor's degree in a related field
• •10+ years of experience in the financial industry, preferably in capital markets or financial markets infrastructure, thereof 3+ in data governance and management
• •Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Tasks

• •Ensure data quality aligns with BCBS239 requirements
• •Oversee execution of the Risk Data Aggregation and Reporting Framework
• •Drive risk excellence through robust data quality management
• •Refine data quality standards, principles, requirements, and guidelines
• •Manage the data quality issue management process
• •Implement key risk and performance indicators for data quality and compliance
• •Monitor data quality and generate associated reports and dashboards
• •Automate data quality checks and monitoring processes
• •Collaborate with IT to support ongoing data quality needs
• •Partner with Risk and Finance teams for data quality and compliance oversight
• •Oversee execution and compliance of the RDAR Framework
• •Ensure new business and IT programs enhance BCBS239 compliance
