- Plan, design, analyze, and report statistical data
- Act as a subject matter expert for project teams and stakeholders
- Support project teams, quality auditors, and external stakeholders
- Contribute to the development and publishing of project data
- Lead and develop a team of statisticians and SAS Programmers
- Perform statistical analyses and guide programmers
- Interpret and translate results into biomedical terms
- Prepare statistical data for reports and research papers
- Collaborate with the Director of Academic Research
- Convert biometrical trial technologies into scientific processes
- Provide statistical expertise throughout the project life cycle
- Ensure data management aligns with project protocols
- Prepare statistical analysis plans
- Oversee project data collection and management
- Define data collection types, sample sizes, and randomization procedures
- Create table and listing shells
- Translate scientific questions into statistical hypotheses
- Prepare statistical sections of study reports and publications
- Assign and schedule studies and tasks
- Manage staff performance and development
- Evaluate and improve staff performance
- Support project financial coordinators
- Promote team development through coaching and mentoring
- Deliver training on document user systems and processes
- Train new employees on department Quality System processes
