- •Develop and execute the country-specific Medical Affairs Plan
- •Propose local data generation study concepts for headquarters approval
- •Manage on-time execution, analysis, and publication of local studies
- •Resolve regulatory, reputational, and ethical asset management issues
- •Adapt tactical plans quickly to local business realities
- •Provide non-promotional, balanced, and reliable scientific information
- •Share local healthcare environment perspectives with regional medical teams
- •Communicate scientific and business needs to stakeholders at all levels
- •Deliver therapeutic and functional training to assigned teams
- •Organize and execute medical education programs and symposia
- •Lead country group input meetings to shape company strategy
- •Serve as the second-level contact for medical information
- •Collaborate on managing asset safety and quality issues
- •Research and answer medical inquiries from internal and external customers
- •Review and approve local medical response documents
