- Develop and execute the country-specific Medical Affairs Plan
- Propose local data generation study concepts for headquarters approval
- Manage on-time execution, analysis, and publication of local studies
- Resolve regulatory, reputational, and ethical asset management issues
- Adapt tactical plans quickly to local business realities
- Provide non-promotional, balanced, and reliable scientific information
- Share local healthcare environment perspectives with regional medical teams
- Communicate scientific and business needs to stakeholders at all levels
- Deliver therapeutic and functional training to assigned teams
- Organize and execute medical education programs and symposia
- Lead country group input meetings to shape company strategy
- Serve as the second-level contact for medical information
- Collaborate on managing asset safety and quality issues
- Research and answer medical inquiries from internal and external customers
- Review and approve local medical response documents
