Requirements
- Experience leading Operations PMO or large-scale manufacturing projects
- Strong track record in cross-functional transformation and strategic project delivery
- Knowledge of manufacturing excellence, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement
- Hands-on experience with change control, governance, and audit readiness
- Ability to partner across Quality, Engineering, Safety, HR, and Operations
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
Tasks
- Lead Operations PMO activities
- Manage project roadmaps, timelines, and resources
- Oversee stakeholder reporting
- Oversee large-scale cross-functional transformations
- Oversee strategic initiatives
- Oversee Fuel for Growth (FFG) initiatives
- Act as Qualification & Integration Liaison
- Align new and existing plants/production lines to BOE framework
- Align new and existing plants/production lines to Red Bull Cooperation Handbook
- Drive manufacturing change control
- Ensure product, process, and system changes follow governance protocols
- Partner with Quality, Safety, HR, Engineering, and Operations
- Protect product quality and regulatory compliance
- Lead audit readiness
- Coordinate third-party audits
- Manage corrective actions
- Sustain compliance
- Champion BOE / Operational Excellence
- Standardize KPIs globally
- Standardize routines globally
- Standardize action tracking globally
Work Experience
- approx. 1 - 4 years

- Bachelor's degree
