- Support continuous improvement initiatives
- Lead the Operations and Flow Team
- Ensure compliance with cGMP and Lilly standards
- Support capital projects and ensure safety compliance
- Promote a safety culture in maintenance activities
- Recognize hazards and implement safety measures
- Mentor Technicians to balance technical skills and team cohesion
- Provide technical expertise for troubleshooting equipment issues
- Review and evaluate work orders for trends and solutions
- Supervise Technicians in preventive and corrective maintenance
- Own and execute the maintenance program
- Establish and manage the maintenance budget
- Provide 24-hour emergency response
- Manage and train outside contractors
- Encourage employee planning and goal development
- Prepare processes for internal and external audits
- Interact with stakeholders and suppliers to influence decisions
- Develop employees and future leaders in the pharmaceutical field
- Keep the maintenance team updated on technical knowledge
- Foster an inclusive and engaged workplace
- Ensure effective hiring and staffing
