Sr Key Account Manager Wholesaler(m/w/x)

Requirements
- Strong commercial judgment, analytical rigor, and influencing ability
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field
- Experience in Sales, Key Account Management, or Commercial roles (preferably FMCG, beverage, or fast-moving consumer goods)
- Experience managing wholesaler or distributor accounts (strong advantage)
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, and financial analysis skills
- High analytical capability, translating data into action
- Understanding of wholesaler dynamics and route-to-market models in Switzerland
- Fluent English and German
- Swiss German, Italian, and French (differential)
Tasks
- Drive sustainable, profitable growth in the wholesaler channel
- Develop long-term partnerships with key wholesaler accounts
- Build and execute customer-specific growth strategies
- Serve as primary point of contact for key customers
- Lead annual negotiations and strategic review meetings
- Design and track promotional and pricing plans
- Manage monthly volume planning and forecasting
- Identify and leverage portfolio optimization opportunities
- Assess market dynamics and execution quality
- Translate insights into commercial recommendations
- Prospect new customers in focus channels
- Achieve new listings and contracts for Campari brands
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers
- Own commercial KPIs and performance targets
- Monitor results and propose corrective actions
- Manage investment discipline and ROI tracking
- Collaborate with Customer Marketing, Finance, and Sales Support
- Facilitate seamless execution between internal teams and customers
