- Implement and improve total rewards initiatives
- Ensure alignment with business strategy and financial goals
- Maintain regulatory compliance and company values
- Implement consistent salary frameworks and pay bands
- Lead annual salary and grading reviews
- Manage bonus cycles and incentive payments
- Ensure internal equity and external competitiveness
- Develop compensation policies and governance frameworks
- Advise regional compensation specialists and leaders
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and analytics teams
- Support total rewards offerings and recognition programs
- Improve bonus process alignment with performance outcomes
- Ensure labor law and pay equity compliance
- Maintain accurate Workday data
- Apply job grading frameworks and Mercer IPE methodologies
- Partner with Total Rewards CoE from Magna Corporate
- Collaborate with auditors, legal teams, and finance partners
- Support compensation reporting and audit readiness
