Tasks

  • Provide end-to-end leadership for manufacturing, supply chain, and operational excellence
  • Oversee five plants across Europe, Asia, and South America
  • Ensure alignment with business goals
  • Deliver year-over-year productivity, cost reduction, and quality improvement
  • Ensure compliance with global safety, regulatory, and operational standards
  • Lead digital transformation and automation initiatives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure flawless execution of new product introductions
  • Scale-up manufacturing processes
  • Lead global operations strategy
  • Refresh the 5-year operations plan
  • Include footprint, automation, and insourcing/outsourcing in the plan
  • Participate in strategy formulation for IND PSS SV
  • Act as a sparring partner for SV VP GM on operations strategic and transformation priorities
  • Support M&A due diligence and integration
  • Oversee multi-plant operations
  • Ensure quality, delivery, and productivity across plants
  • Implement KPI cadence for safety, quality, OTD, and inventory
  • Drive major projects including product launches, capital programs, automation, and footprint migration
  • Deliver measurable improvements using Lean/Six Sigma
  • Manage cost and financial metrics
  • Manage the operational scorecard
  • Lead global operations team (up to 3000+ employees)
  • Develop a diverse workforce
  • Build a healthy talent pipeline
  • Create a robust succession plan
  • Conduct talent assessments and development plans
  • Mentor plant and supply chain managers
  • Build high-performing teams
  • Drive a culture of accountability
  • Foster a growth mindset and continuous improvement

  • Develop a deep understanding of business and operational strategy

  • Plan, organize, and deliver transformational projects for Brazil Sensor factory
  • Ensure supply chain resilience for Europe
  • Develop productivity engines in Thailand
  • Execute major operational programs on time and within budget
  • Build a comprehensive talent strategy
  • Include assessment, development, EVC, diversity, and succession planning in talent strategy
