Requirements

  • •Degree in business administration, logistics, or comparable fields
  • •Vocational training and at least 5 years of professional experience in operational stock management
  • •Experience with BMW Group ordering system IVS-R
  • •Familiarity with BMW Group products and processes
  • •Ability to accurately track inventory and run predefined reports
  • •Good organizational and planning skills
  • •Personal initiative and reliability
  • •Team spirit and intercultural skills
  • •Fluency in business English

  • •Manage European vehicle stock for new and young used cars
  • •Allocate vehicles based on location and usage
  • •Steer pan-European offers according to central guidelines
  • •Monitor and audit stock levels in compliance with tax and legal requirements
  • •Ensure high quality of stock data
  • •Conduct regular stock demand analysis with markets
  • •Consider inventory needs in BMW and MINI volume planning
  • •Identify new system requirements and coordinate adjustments
