- Run demos on new features
- Evaluate new license opportunities
- Support roadmap discussions
- Assess change requests
- Clarify requirements with stakeholders
- Translate requirements into scalable configuration approaches
- Configure active Workday modules
- Support configuration changes in ServiceNow
- Document configuration in structured, reusable, compliant way
- Ensure consistency across modules and platforms
- Analyze Workday releases for relevant impacts
- Validate new features
- Prepare test scenarios
- Enable stakeholders for upcoming changes
- Support decision-making on adoption and deprecations
- Manage configurations spanning multiple Workday modules
- Support structural changes and reorganizations
- Translate project requirements into configuration changes
- Participate in project testing
- Validate cutover readiness
- Ensure configuration decisions align with architectural guidelines
- Collaborate with Process Owners, People Services teams, HR Tech teams
- Prepare stakeholders for testing and release changes
- Contribute to harmonization and standardization across regions
