- Align training content and needs with stakeholders.
- Organize training events.
- Maintain training systems and tools.
- Monitor bonus target achievement.
- Provide regular reports to market managers.
- Develop and implement customer support strategy.
- Support new project rollouts.
- Support rollout of new IT systems and applications.
- Analyze data.
- Prepare reports for decision-making.
- Provide administrative support for dealer and customer operations.
