Specialist Corporate ESG(m/w/x)
Preparing consolidated sustainability statements and double materiality assessments for a global IC substrate manufacturer. Minimum 3 years ESG experience required. Home office 2 days/week, international environment.
Requirements
- HTL, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in technical or related field
- Minimum 3 years ESG, sustainability, or compliance role experience
- Solid knowledge of ESG frameworks and regulations
- Strong program and project management skills
- Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities
- Strong communication and presentation skills, including PowerPoint
- High resilience and ability to work under pressure
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
Tasks
- Ensure compliance with ESG regulatory requirements
- Prepare consolidated sustainability statements
- Collaborate with external partners and internal stakeholders
- Support and coordinate ESG reporting activities
- Implement or revise double materiality assessments
- Collect and consolidate ESG-related content
- Draft ESG reports in alignment with CSRD and ESRS
- Review ESG-related contracts and business ethics agreements
- Act as a sparring partner for legal and other departments
- Comply with conflict minerals regulations
- Prepare key figures and RMI reporting
- Maintain smelter data
- Serve as the central contact for ESG topics
- Support internal and external stakeholders with information
- Manage ESG reporting platforms
- Update data and handle inquiries on ESG platforms
- Develop and optimize ESG processes
- Collaborate on ESG tool and system improvements
- Analyze and evaluate ESG programs and projects
- Support group-wide sustainability initiatives
- Share best practices across the organization
