Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- Professional experience in controlling/accounting preferred
- High social competence, communication, and presentation skills
- High flexibility, multitasking, and self-motivation
- Affinity and expertise for data management and governance
- Very good command of English
- Good user skills in MS Office
- Experience in automotive industry advantageous
Tasks
- Analyze financial performance of retail partners
- Monitor financial metrics in Central and Southeastern Europe
- Manage Dealer Benchmarking System (DBS) and RFB
- Ensure data quality and validation processes
- Facilitate reporting flows between retail partners, NSC, and BMW AG
- Support retail partners in interpreting financial results
- Optimize profitability and cost structures
- Identify financial risks and opportunities
- Provide actionable recommendations
- Ensure Contract Market-specific Cost (CMC) steering
- Handle financial claims
- Support financial audits
- Validate investment proposals
- Collaborate with external consultants and local BMW colleagues
- Support dealers in performance and cost management
- Identify local potential from technical data
- Prioritize and implement data-driven use cases
- Serve as contact for the sales region for the central Data Transformation Officer
