Requirements
- •Several years of experience in enterprise software sales
- •Proven people management experience
- •Deep industry expertise in Public & Energy or Discrete Manufacturing
- •Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to drive revenue
- •Strong hands-on solution demonstration capabilities
- •Experience with MEDDIC sales methodology
- •Broad understanding of BPM, Process Mining, and Enterprise Architecture
- •Excellent German and English language skills
- •Willingness to travel up to 50% within Germany
- •Individual contributor sales background with track record of closing large deals
- •Experience with SAP RISE and ERP solutions
- •Proven success managing large transformational transactions
- •Strong diplomatic and team-building skills

Tasks
- •Lead and develop a high-performing team of Solution Sales Executives
- •Coach team members and identify development opportunities
- •Manage the sales pipeline using MEDDIC methodology
- •Ensure forecast accuracy for large and volume deals
- •Foster an entrepreneurial mindset within the team
- •Identify standalone opportunities beyond traditional account plans
- •Take ownership of the entire sales funnel
- •Build and leverage industry knowledge and networks
- •Champion the complete SAP BTM value proposition
- •Establish strong customer relationships at the C-level
- •Participate in solution demonstrations and customer engagements
- •Build networks within SAP, especially with Industry Account Executives
- •Facilitate the BTM partner ecosystem within your industry
