Requirements
- Extensive professional experience in quota-carrying role
- Several years experience in relevant solution portfolio
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
- Proven executive relationship skills with C-suite influence
- B2B enterprise SaaS experience with multi-stakeholder cycles
- Deep industry expertise
- Track record in account management/solution sales
- Track record in expansion selling
- Track record in value-based methodologies
- Deep SAP/domain expertise
- Strong understanding of AI and innovation trends

- Own LoB strategy for assigned accounts
- Build and execute plans aligned to customer goals
- Align plans with broader account strategies
- Identify and grow opportunities in existing accounts
- Meet pipeline and revenue targets
- Lead go-to-market for new solutions
- Engage early with customers
- Validate use cases
- Influence product roadmap
- Drive AI initiatives (e.g., BDC, Knowledge Graphs)
- Ensure demo readiness
- Run enablement programs
- Support rapid prototyping
- Partner with value advisors for ROI narratives
- Create competitive differentiation
- Engage C-suite executives
- Handle complex pricing and contract discussions
- Balance client outcomes and cloud growth
- Collaborate with CS/CS&D and CSMs
- Ensure delivery of solutions
- Monitor customer outcomes
- Secure customer references
- Manage escalations
- Drive renewals and expansion
- Drive C-suite engagements
- Align with buying centers
- Foster long-term high-value relationships
- Lead QBRs on adoption, innovation, risks, and opportunities
