Tasks

  • Own LoB strategy for assigned accounts

  • Identify and grow opportunities within existing accounts
  • Meet pipeline and revenue targets
  • Lead GTM for new solutions
  • Engage early with customers to validate use cases
  • Influence product roadmap
  • Drive AI initiatives (e.g., BDC, Knowledge Graphs, scalable PoCs, Joule agents)
  • Ensure demo readiness
  • Run enablement programs
  • Support rapid prototyping
  • Create clear ROI narratives with value advisors
  • Differentiate competitively
  • Engage C-suite executives
  • Handle complex pricing and contract discussions
  • Balance client outcomes and cloud growth
  • Collaborate with CS/CS&D and CSMs
  • Ensure delivery and monitor outcomes
  • Secure customer references
  • Manage escalations
  • Drive renewals and expansion
