Requirements
- 3+ years experience in solution engineering, technical consulting, implementation, integration, or equivalent customer-facing technical role
- Proven hands-on Salesforce platform experience (architecture, integration, data management)
- Technical sharpness and curiosity
- Exploration and tinkering with new technologies
- Active user of AI tools (LLM, coding assistants)
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Fluent German (spoken and written)
- Based in German-speaking Switzerland
- Strong collaboration skills
- Energy and joy in team environments
- Credible engagement with technical and business audiences (up to C-suite)
- One or more Salesforce certifications
- Experience with or implementing solutions in Retail or Consumer Goods industry
- Proficient Swiss German
- Familiarity with Swiss enterprise customer business challenges and technology landscape
Tasks
- Build tailored product demonstrations
- Deliver technical deep-dives
- Create Proofs of Concept (PoC)
- Conduct engaging workshops
- Respond to Requests for Information (RFI)
- Respond to Requests for Quotation (RFQ)
- Respond to Requests for Proposal (RFP)
- Serve as a trusted advisor to IT and business decision makers
- Articulate Salesforce's fit in enterprise architecture
- Overcome technical objections
- Instill confidence throughout the sales cycle
- Partner with Account Executives
- Collaborate with pre-sales colleagues
- Work with partners to orchestrate customer experience
- Progress deals through complex sales environments
- Stay updated on Salesforce's evolving portfolio
- Commit to continuous learning
- Maintain Salesforce certifications
- Use AI tools in daily work
- Augment impact with AI
- Stay at the cutting edge of innovation
