Requirements

  • •Proactive and thoughtful communication skills
  • •3+ years of experience in Pharma/Biotech, MedTech, or regulated industry
  • •3+ years working with Quality Assurance software solutions
  • •Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • •Fluency in English and German
  • •Willingness to travel within the EU
  • •Self-sufficiency, energy, and curiosity
  • •Understanding of process design and quality operations
  • •Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • •Experience in pre-sales or customer-facing role
  • •Experience with SaaS/cloud applications
  • •Background in consulting or software implementation
  • •Fluency in Italian, French, Spanish, or additional languages

Tasks

  • •Conduct discovery and needs analysis to understand customer requirements
  • •Configure tailored demonstrations of Veeva Quality Cloud applications
  • •Communicate the business value of Veeva solutions
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success
  • •Deliver value-based demonstrations and responses for RFPs/RFIs
  • •Lead workshops, conference room pilots, and proofs of concept
  • •Support marketing activities such as webinars and industry events
  • •Act as a trusted advisor to customers throughout the sales cycle
