Designing GenAI engineering platforms for a 17M+ customer bank. Extensive cloud-native architecture and GenAI/LLM expertise required. 30 days EU remote work, work permit support.

Requirements

  • Extensive software architecture, solution design, technical leadership experience
  • Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures, microservices, container orchestration, CI/CD pipelines
  • Proven Python experience, familiarity with GenAI, LLMs, agentic frameworks
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience mentoring and leading cross-functional, agile teams
  • Fluent English; German or CEE languages are a plus

Tasks

  • Lead end-to-end design and architectural vision
  • Ensure platform scalability, reliability, and innovation
  • Define and enforce architectural standards
  • Align standards with business goals and AI capabilities
  • Collaborate with AI researchers, engineers, SREs, and product owners
  • Translate complex requirements into robust solutions
  • Oversee AI model and data service integration
  • Manage event-driven and cloud-native architecture integration
  • Mentor engineering teams on architectural decisions
  • Guide teams on design patterns and system optimization
  • Ensure platform security and compliance
  • Maintain operational excellence
