- Lead test concept development for patient monitoring platforms
- Engage in defining testable requirements and coach test teams
- Collaborate with architects to create testable and maintainable systems
- Convert requirements into effective test designs
- Specify product verification plans with cross-functional verification teams
- Define acceptance criteria and supported scenarios with product owners
- Establish the working methods for the software test engineering team
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and processes
- Manage stakeholders within and beyond the team
- Design and deliver best practices for software testing
