Requirements
- Enrolled student in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business or related field
- Excellent communication skills in German and English; French advantageous
- Knowledge and experience with B2B Social Media and LinkedIn
- Digital Marketing knowledge, preferably B2B
- Self-organized, structured, reliable and accountable working style
- Strong interest in digital tools and B2B technologies
- First experience with Hootsuite, CMS, Marketo, Salesforce, Adobe Creative Cloud
- Experience with AI tools and Intent data tools like 6sense
Tasks
- Support social media activities with a focus on LinkedIn
- Plan and create content for regional leaders' profiles
- Draft social media texts, carousels, and short videos
- Provide content for the employee advocacy platform
- Maintain a social media content calendar
- Coordinate content approvals with regional marketing stakeholders
- Track and report basic engagement and reach metrics
- Localize global marketing content for Central Europe
- Review translated campaign assets for language quality
- Adjust messaging to reflect regional context and tone
- Create regional copy and social media snippets
- Update and maintain German website content
- Perform first-level content reviews before publishing
- Coordinate web changes with internal stakeholders
- Assist with integrated marketing campaign execution
- Prepare creative assets for paid digital campaigns
- Track campaign activities, deliverables, and timelines
- Prepare simple reports and status updates
- Collect and present performance data in structured formats
- Execute ad-hoc reporting and analyses as needed
