- Ability to receive TESA/SOFA within Germany
- Bachelor’s degree plus 4 years of specialized experience
- In-depth knowledge of ICD-705 and SCIF/SAPF standards
- Experience with the German SOFA process
- TSCM Training and equipment familiarization
- Experience managing ICD-705 projects in Europe within the last 5 years
- At least 8 years cumulative employment within the security field
- Experience setting up ICD-705 projects in Europe
- Acoustic/sound testing experience

Tasks
- Provide security expertise to construction teams
- Train and assist Construction Surveillance Technicians and Cleared American Guards
- Conduct periodic security inspections throughout the project
- Audit and analyze construction drawings to identify security vulnerabilities
- Investigate anomalies across all construction divisions
- Manage Construction Surveillance Technicians and observe construction activities
- Apply counterintelligence surveillance strategies
- Offer advanced technical knowledge for TOP SECRET SCIF operations
- Ensure compliance with ICD 705 construction standards
- Apply knowledge of construction divisions and security requirements
- Utilize technical surveillance techniques and procedures
- Assess threats and provide construction alternatives
- Design and set up access control systems
- Conduct inspections of completed work
- Interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Oversee MEP installations and telecommunications setups
- Exercise knowledge of TEMPEST construction principles
- Draft security plans and pre-construction checklists
- Conduct project design reviews and sound testing
- Observe manufacturing procedures and escort materials
- Operate X-ray machines and metal detectors
- Document activities, investigations, and anomalies
- Report suspicious behavior through various communication methods
