- Work closely with Product Teams
- Facilitate seamless database provisioning
- Ensure operational efficiency
- Participate in technical discussions
- Contribute to documentation
- Foster transparency and continuous learning
- Deliver high-quality code
- Contribute to infrastructure improvements
- Participate in on-call rotations
- Troubleshoot incidents
- Maintain observability solutions
- Enhance metrics, logging, and tracing
- Ensure platform meets SLOs and availability targets
