Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in FMCG business, Trade Marketing Executive, POS Activation Specialist, Shopper Marketing Coordinator, or similar
- Knowledge of Swiss and Austrian market
- Passion for creating experiences for customers and consumers
- Problem-solving and teamwork skills with adaptability
- Strong history of collaboration with sales, brand, and trade marketing teams
- Experience in handling multiple brands simultaneously
- Ability to analyze campaign results and leverage insights
- Proficiency in German and English
- French language skills are a plus
Tasks
- Implement shopper marketing initiatives in-store, online, and in outlets
- Adapt global or regional shopper marketing toolkits for local markets
- Manage deployment of point-of-sale materials and experiential activations
- Act as the main liaison with retail partners for alignment on goals
- Measure campaign efficiency using key metrics and provide insights
- Ensure efficient use of shopper marketing budgets for impactful campaigns
