Requirements

  • Completed degree in logistics, production engineering, automation engineering, or comparable technical field
  • 3–5 years of professional experience in production logistics, intralogistics, material flow optimization, or Digital Manufacturing / Industry 4.0
  • Solid understanding of production and intralogistics processes
  • Strong interest in digital technologies and automation solutions
  • Analytical and structured working style
  • Experience in process analysis, requirements engineering, or process standardization
  • Very good English skills
  • Strong intercultural communication skills
  • Willingness to travel (approx. 20%, worldwide)

Tasks

  • Develop and standardize shopfloor intralogistics processes
  • Focus on transportation and material flow management
  • Evaluate and pilot new technologies (AGVs/AMRs, e-labels, RTLS)
  • Automate and digitalize production logistics
  • Support global rollouts of standardized processes and digital solutions
  • Advise and support international production plants
  • Optimize processes and improve material flow
  • Integrate digital solutions in production
  • Contribute to the Digital Manufacturing strategy
  • Engage in requirements engineering
  • Develop a global application landscape
  • Structure intralogistics use cases

  • 3 - 5 years

  • Bachelor's degree
