Tasks

- Ensure compliance with GDP and customs regulations
- Coordinate temperature-controlled transport with logistics partners
- Prepare shipping documents and customs paperwork
- Review Certificates of Analysis for shipments
- Track shipments and resolve logistical delays
- Manage temperature excursions and transport issues
- Maintain accurate shipment data within SAP
- Collaborate with QA on releases and deviations
- Provide documentation for logistics audits
- Support continuous improvement of logistics processes
