Tasks
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback
- Manage team leaders
- Facilitate shift and team meetings
- Coordinate closely with the Operations Manager
- Ensure planned volumes and productivity are met
- Meet relevant key performance indicators
- Schedule employees
- Oversee training and development
- Support training initiatives
- Communicate training needs to coordinators
- Monitor proper equipment use
- Resolve operational issues
- Conduct process checks
- Perform facility inspections
