- Manage and approve deployment of work teams and equipment
- Lead daily toolbox meetings
- Create work orders and issue work permits
- Ensure quality of offshore work meets safety and performance standards
- Maintain close cooperation with the customer
- Deliver efficient, high-quality, and timely services
- Mentor and support team members to enhance skills and productivity
- Monitor and report work progress to the client
- Participate in offshore operations to verify quality and efficiency
- Support troubleshooting and operational challenges
