Requirements

  • Skilled craftsmanship and detail-oriented approach
  • Technical understanding of composite materials
  • Detailed understanding of safety protocols
  • Independent work and technical documentation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft, iOS, and SAP
  • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally
  • Physical fitness and height suitability
  • Ideally, valid Class C1E driver’s license
  • Fluent German and Basic English
  • IRATA or FISAT LVL 3
  • Rope access technician qualification (FISAT/IRATA)

Tasks

  • Inspect and repair wind turbine rotor blades
  • Study rotor blade structures and components
  • Work with laminating resins and composite materials
  • Execute tasks with high quality and safety standards
  • Record work using modern digital tools
  • Support team collaboration and day-to-day operations
  • Promote clean energy initiatives throughout the region
