Requirements
- •2–3 years of professional experience in automation technology
- •Willingness to travel approximately 50%
- •Solid knowledge in networking, IT security, virtualization, Active Directory, WSUS, and Acronis
- •Very good knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and Microsoft Office applications
- •Business fluent German skills and fluent English skills
- •Strong focus on occupational safety and commitment to safety regulations
- •Team-oriented, solution-focused working style with excellent communication skills

- •Manage service requests and orders independently
- •Execute service contracts on time and within budget
- •Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
- •Support implementation of service contracts
- •Maintain systems and equipment in critical infrastructure
- •Administer Windows servers, clients, and networks
- •Provide technical support for inquiries remotely and on-site
- •Coordinate and define work processes at customer sites
- •Prepare reports, protocols, and technical documentation
- •Maintain and expand system overviews and diagrams
- •Enhance customer satisfaction through excellent service
