- Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, economics, statistics, mathematics, or business
- At least 3 years of related working experience in management consulting, training program, or Project Manager role in logistics or industry
- Exceptional usage of Excel
- Proficiency in German and English
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-starter and high motivation
- Exceptional problem-solving skills
- Creativity and strategic thinking
Tasks
- Analyze processes across company operations
- Develop creative solutions for client needs
- Understand data to generate insights and reports
- Collaborate with teams to enhance sales benefits
- Maintain direct contact with clients and selection team
- Align objectives with clients and selection team
- Identify incorporation needs of assigned clients
- Implement actions to fill client vacancies
- Coordinate recruitment needs with the marketing team
- Define and optimize tools for recruitment processes
- Measure process performance using appropriate systems
- Improve achievement of client and company objectives
- Create and present reports on progress and incidents
- Implement and manage changes to meet project results
- Minimize risks in the selection process
