Requirements

  • Qualification as refrigeration, HVAC, or electrical technician
  • Experience in installation and service of commercial refrigeration systems
  • Site coordination or supervision experience (advantageous)
  • Fluent English, very good Dutch and/or French
  • Valid driving licence (B)
  • Independent, structured, and solution-oriented work
  • Strong communication and customer-focused skills
  • Willingness to travel, work on-call/overtime

Tasks

  • Perform and oversee refrigeration system installation
  • Perform and oversee refrigeration system commissioning
  • Perform and oversee refrigeration system maintenance
  • Perform and oversee refrigeration system repairs
  • Act as on-site supervisor
  • Coordinate subcontractors
  • Ensure quality of work
  • Ensure project timelines are met
  • Manage site activities
  • Coordinate materials
  • Manage site documentation
  • Provide on-site technical support
  • Provide remote technical support
  • Analyze technical issues
  • Report on technical issues
  • Document technical issues
  • Perform project inspections
  • Perform final project acceptance
  • Ensure smooth handover to customers
  • Ensure smooth handover to service teams
  • Train partners
  • Train technicians
  • Support new product rollouts
  • Ensure documentation is completed correctly
  • Ensure approvals are completed correctly
  • Ensure reports are completed correctly
