- Minimum of 5 years experience as project manager

Tasks
- Support service growth strategy in CH and Villeneuve.
- Manage Tender Quality Costs Delivery Performance for bids.
- Deliver winning proposals within budget and timeline.
- Execute projects according to contractual requirements.
- Implement business development strategy with Customer directors.
- Develop relationships with customers and partners.
- Propose additional opportunities to Customer Director.
- Determine tender complexity using criticality matrix.
- Analyze requests for proposals in detail.
- Support Tender Leader in various project meetings.
- Manage QCD optimization and obtain commitments.
- Consolidate documented commitments effectively.
- Prepare necessary documentation for customer submission.
- Define project objectives to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Accountable for project QCDP performance and financials.
- Define project strategy and governance requirements.
- Establish project core team staffing and resources.
- Escalate resource mismatches to project needs.
- Lead the project team and internal partners.
- Align key stakeholders towards project goals.
- Engage teams to achieve project objectives.
- Synchronize internal partners and manage arbitration.
- Align with contractual requirements and manage variations.
- Manage project progress and report to senior management.
- Ensure alignment with customer contractual requirements.
- Act as Alstom representative towards customers and stakeholders.
- Manage contract and variation orders with customers.
