Requirements
- •5+ years of production experience
- •Proven experience in environment design, lighting, shading, blueprint setup, and cinematics
- •Strong technical knowledge of visualization workflows, scene optimization, and performance profiling
- •Proficiency with 3D DCC tools (e.g., Maya, Blender, 3ds Max)
- •Experience in scene assembly, asset integration, and level design
- •Independence, structure, and capability in owning complex pipelines and scenes
- •Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability
- •Very good English skills and good German skills
- •Understanding of digital infrastructures, website rollout, maintenance, support, and information security

- •Deliver high-quality stills and cinematic content in Unreal Engine
- •Serve as the primary Unreal Engine expert for the team
- •Guide and support team members with technical and creative challenges
- •Handle production tasks including lighting, shading, and asset integration
- •Perform blueprint work, animation, and post effects
- •Take ownership of scenes from initial layout to final rendering
- •Ensure visual excellence and technical performance
- •Collaborate with art and development teams to optimize workflows
- •Support continuous improvement of the production pipeline
- •Mentor junior team members in Unreal Engine best practices
