Requirements

  • •3–5 years of experience in Treasury, Liquidity Management, or Risk
  • •Strong understanding of liquidity risk, IRRBB, funding strategies, and balance sheet management
  • •Working knowledge of stablecoins/electronic money tokens and related regulatory considerations
  • •Analytical mindset with advanced Excel and SQL skills
  • •Independent, detail-oriented, proactive collaborator with strong communication skills

Tasks

  • •Manage daily liquidity position and funding requirements
  • •Ensure optimal liquidity coverage and alignment with risk appetite
  • •Develop and implement liquidity risk management frameworks
  • •Conduct stress testing for liquidity risk management
  • •Support funding and borrowing activities to build liquidity buffers
  • •Deploy liquidity effectively for investment opportunities
  • •Partner with Finance, Risk, and Product teams to enhance liquidity monitoring
  • •Forecast liquidity needs and support strategic planning
  • •Ensure accurate and timely liquidity reporting
  • •Provide actionable insights on liquidity trends and risks
