- Direct exposure to R&D, procurement, and supervisory board environments
- 10+ years of professional experience in program or project management, strategy execution, or operations excellence
- Proven experience in large-scale transformation or cost competitiveness programs with measurable results
- PMP, PRINCE2, or MSP certification preferred
- Experience working with C-level stakeholders and exposure to board-level governance
- Bachelor's or graduate degree in Business Admin or equivalent
Tasks
- Orchestrate key transformation programs across plants and functions
- Drive governance and performance cadence through structured PMO frameworks
- Track KPIs and prepare executive reports for decision-making
- Act as a strategic thought partner to site and functional leaders
- Translate strategic goals into executable workstreams
- Facilitate workshops and review sessions with leadership teams
- Consolidate and validate improvement measures and project benefits
- Evolve PMO tools and methodologies using best practices
- Promote a performance and learning culture across global teams
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to create actionable roadmaps
- Embed best practices and execution excellence across sites
