Senior Tracking Marketing Analyst(m/w/x)
Owning tracking for digital, offline, and onsite campaigns, configuring GA4, and querying BigQuery data. 3+ years of marketing analytics experience required. 4-day work week, company car for private use.
Requirements
- Domain expertise in marketing, web tracking, data analytics, and tag manager know-how
- Good communication skills with non-technical colleagues
- Completed studies in engineering, data analytics, business, mathematics, statistics, or related course
- 3+ years of professional experience
- Google Analytics (Google Analytics 4 is a plus)
- Google Tag Manager
- Big Query
- Experience with cookie consent management
- Excellent at identifying patterns and outliers in data and generating insights
- Experience with Adobe Analytics platform (Big Plus)
- Experience with app tracking and MMPs (Adjust, Appsflyer, Kochava etc) (Big plus)
- Good knowledge of paid advertising and implemented tracking snippets for Google and Meta (others are plus)
- Advanced knowledge in definition, roll-out, and implementation of tracking concepts across multiple platforms (web/app)
- High affinity towards e-commerce
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
- Team player who loves to collaborate and work with stakeholders from different backgrounds in an international environment
- Business fluent in English
Tasks
- Own tracking for digital, offline, and onsite marketing campaigns
- Configure, monitor, and debug Google Analytics GA4 implementation
- Create and implement tracking plans for user behavior data
- Perform regular data quality checks
- Query GA4 data in BigQuery and analyze via reporting tools
- Coordinate projects across product, marketing, and analytics teams
- Manage stakeholder interests and provide ongoing feedback
- Identify dependencies, bottlenecks, and blockers
- Ensure execution of well-coordinated project plans
- Serve as main point of contact for tracking-related questions
