- •At least 3 years' experience in test system design and lab management for embedded systems
- •Practical experience in software and system testing for embedded systems
- •Hands-on expertise with HIL systems and automated test environments
- •Strong Python skills for test automation; familiarity with communication protocols (e.g., CAN, LIN)
- •Experience in safety-critical testing (e.g., automotive, aerospace, machinery) is highly desirable
- •ISTQB certification is an advantage
- •Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a quality-first mindset and attention to detail
- •Reliability and teamwork skills with an independent working style
- •Strong communication skills in English; German proficiency is a plus

Tasks
- •Lead the design and management of test infrastructure for off-highway products
- •Define test concepts, processes, and tools for implementation and automation
- •Ensure compliance with relevant standards
- •Design and maintain Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) test systems
- •Implement health checks, calibration, and preventive maintenance for test infrastructure
- •Coordinate the build-up and continuous improvement of new test systems
- •Develop and maintain test frameworks, such as pytest
- •Drive automation enhancements in testing processes
- •Act as the interface between Test and Development teams
- •Provide technical leadership and mentoring for test engineers
- •Review test cases and enforce best practices for reusability and quality
- •Support debugging activities and serve as the primary contact for testers
- •Drive continuous improvement in test methodologies and CI/CD integration
