Requirements

  • Expertise in traditional asset management
  • Strong working knowledge of tokenization and crypto market structures
  • Proven ability to articulate and communicate new business models
  • Demonstrated experience driving initiatives in regulated financial environments
  • Excellent moderation and executive communication skills
  • Genuine curiosity and willingness to learn
  • Fluency in German and English at Level C1
  • Experience at an asset manager or crypto exchange
  • Familiarity with the EU regulatory landscape
  • Exposure to design thinking and vendor due diligence
  • Background in banking or asset management
  • Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or Computer Science

Tasks

  • Develop and deliver a comprehensive tokenization strategy for RBI
  • Bridge traditional asset management with innovative tokenized models
  • Align with business lines, compliance, and legal for implementation roadmaps
  • Identify, scope, and prioritize tokenization use cases
  • Lead POCs and MVPs, shaping business cases for delivery
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners for regulatory compliance
  • Explore adjacent emerging tech domains like AI-enabled banking
  • Lead horizon scanning and opportunity assessments
  • Facilitate cross-functional workshops to ensure alignment

  • Bachelor's degree
