Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 7+ years product management experience with SaaS analytics/reporting products
- Deep understanding of data warehousing, BI tools, reporting systems, high-scale data processing, event-driven architectures, cloud infrastructure
- Proven ability to develop/execute product strategy for data/analytics products, prioritize features, drive roadmap planning in agile environment
- Strong analytical skills for data interpretation, trend identification, data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication, collaboration, leadership skills to influence cross-functional teams
- Experience with enterprise customers on reporting/analytics needs, strong customer focus, empathy for data consumption pain points
- Passion for innovation, creativity, solving complex data/reporting challenges
Tasks
- Develop and articulate product vision and strategy.
- Empower customers and internal teams with actionable insights.
- Define, review, and prioritize features for Analytic Studio and Report Center.
- Ensure intuitive user experience for data exploration, visualization, and report scheduling.
- Manage product roadmaps for Data Services and Data Transporter.
- Ensure timely, accurate, and scalable ingestion of petabyte-scale data.
- Ensure timely, accurate, and scalable preparation of petabyte-scale data.
- Collaborate with Data Science and Engineering teams.
- Integrate AI/ML-derived insights into core analytics products.
- Define and track KPIs for data pipelines and analytic tools.
- Define and track data quality metrics for data pipelines and analytic tools.
- Ensure high data reliability, freshness, and tool usage.
- Act as primary interface for Analytics users and Data Engineering.
- Translate complex data requirements into technical specifications.
