  • Experience in gaming or real-time 3D industry
  • Advanced expertise in Photoshop

  • Advanced expertise in Spine
  • Strong proficiency in Unity
  • Shader development and scripting in Unity preferred
  • Strong understanding of real-time rendering
  • Strong understanding of optimization techniques
  • Strong understanding of game performance constraints
  • Creative mindset
  • High level of technical ownership
  • Problem-solving ability
  • Very good English skills (spoken and written)
  • German language skills are a plus
  • Proven ability to mentor others

Tasks

  • Ensure visual and technical quality of games
  • Design and implement complex graphical systems
  • Optimize game assets for performance and scalability
  • Translate creative concepts into technical solutions
  • Define and improve visual game system architecture
  • Create and oversee animations, 3D models, simulations, prototypes
  • Integrate assets using custom shaders, tools, scripting
  • Mentor and support team members
  • Review and document technical implementations
  • Maintain technical best practices in production pipeline
