- Align with future-ready HR process models
- Streamline and standardize global HR processes
- Design and implement SAP SuccessFactors Talent Modules
- Perform system configuration and customizing
- Collaborate with HR leads, IT teams, and partners
- Translate business strategies into technical configurations
- Support system governance and user enablement
- Drive innovation and optimization of SuccessFactors
- Contribute to Talent Suite Solution Architecture
